Project 2025, originally formed by The Heritage Foundation, is an initiative that conservatives want to be recognized if Trump is elected into office on Nov 5.
It is a 922-page document that covers a wide range of issues. Specifically, some of the most concerning points in this document are against the Department of Education, reproductive rights, women’s and LGBTQ+ rights, deportation, and more. They violate the rights of freedom for this country as a whole. Despite the hundreds of conservatives who wrote the initiative—many being former Trump administration officials—Trump himself says he has nothing to do with the project. However, this is highly questionable considering the similarities between 2025’s policies and Trump’s own policies.
Trump said that “everyone knows I’m an open book.” Nonetheless, in April 2022 during a rally he outright said the Heritage Foundation would “lay the groundwork” for a future movement that was coming soon. How honest is Project 2025—and what policies connect it to former president, Donald Trump, that he denies he has any association with?
